Milwalky Taco is a place where you and your buddies can belly up to the bar and drown your sorrows in tequila and queso. It’s a place where you and your family can celebrate a day that ends in Y with handmade tortillas cradling fresh vegetables and tender meats. It’s a place where you’ll be tempted to line your pockets with our house-made salsas, though we discourage that.

Our journey began in 2016 as a labor of love for the taco. Our Mexican-inspired menu fuses classic technique with modern innovation, loading fresh tortillas with everything from crispy pork belly to Pastor to Brisket. Our ingredients are carefully sourced - from the plump tomatoes in our house-made salsas to the grass-fed steak for our carne asada.

Together with our sister establishment, Milwalky Trace, we're driven by the same underlying philosophy. That food should be fun, delicious, and community-driven - whether it’s a creative twist on classic Mexican flavors or a modern-day interpretation of an old-world recipe. We strive to honor our roots, giving equal billing to both good vibes and better eats.
